Our craft brewery project was born in 2017 and from the beginning our mission is to produce the best quality beer possible using natural processes and without any additives. The secret of our creations lies in patience, creativity, perseverance and empathy with our clients. We select the raw material with great care, but our true differentiation lies in using the purest spring water coming directly from the Sierra de Guadarrama. Water radically changes purity and flavor, makes it more delicious, subtly passes through the throat. It plays very well with the other raw materials: it highlights the flavor of 100% German malts, select hops and the quality barley we use.
